to the North-West of Uzès. Orientation directly facing South.
Living room with a large fire place, spacious kitchen, dining room, separate visitors wc, small study / TV room, vast artist workshop, 3 bedrooms (double beds), 2 bathrooms/wc in the main house plus an independant studio (1 double bed) with its private bathroom/wc. Small garage, cellars. Lovely garden (approximately 400 square meters) with a small filtered pool (basin). The house is entirely furnished and equiped. Linen is supplied. Central fuel heating everywhere, alarm and TV surveillance. The house is not isolated. A lady is taking care of maintenance and cleaning cores three hours per week (included in the rental fee).
